Holding a fundraising event or nominating Wallace & Gromit’s Children’s Foundation as your Charity of the Year, is an excellent way to support sick kids who are treated in children’s hospitals and hospices throughout the UK.

Raising funds for charity is a good way for young people to help other children and young people who are sick and less fortunate than themselves. It also helps pupils:

  • Gain an interest in and enthusiasm for fundraising with the Wallace & Gromit characters
  • Creates a culture of creativity, compassion and teamwork
  • Promotes good citizenship and community spirit
  • Encourages a sense of responsibility

So if you are a pupil or teacher and would like to discuss fundraising in your school for Wallace & Gromit’s Children’s Foundation, please email Anna at anna@wrongtrousersday.org.
