Your Own Sporting Event
There are many ways of raising money by holding an event for Wallace & Gromit’s Children’s Foundation. Here are a few ‘cracking’ ideas to get you going:
- Wallace & Gromit Quiz – Arrange with friends and family to run a Quiz to raise funds and include a round of special Wallace & Gromit questions. Just email us at info@wrongtrousersday.org and we’ll provide the questions and secret answers!
- How About a Spot of Wenslydale Gromit? – Arrange a cheese and wine tasting event – but don’t forget Wallace’s favourite Wensleydale!
- Guess The Baby Picture Competition. – Dig out those embarrassing baby pictures and see if friends or colleagues can guess who’s who.
- Organise a Golf day

Why not organise a FUN event like ‘A Close Shave’!
Over 50 Liverpool students took to the streets of Liverpool and raised money by doing a variety of fundraising activities, from cheer and stunt routines to fancy dress raids on bars and clubs. Divided into two teams, the JMU Jets and JMU Dance Society, they were all eager not to be in the losing team when one poor student would lose all his hair!
